Reishi, known for its earthy and slightly bitter taste, is a powerful adaptogenic mushroom best used in decoction on a regular basis for 7 to 21 days consecutively.
It's beneficial to take breaks between two "diets" with this potent mushroom to maximize its effects.
Reishi is best used in the morning as part of a daily routine due to its potent vitalizing and potentially energizing effects.

Decoction:
Reishi is most effective when prepared as a decoction and consumed regularly.
- Instructions:
- Use about 5 to 10 grams of dried Reishi mushroom chunked pieces.
- Simmer gently in 1 liter of water for at least 30 minutes, or until the liquid is reduced by half.
- Strain the liquid and drink 1 to 2 cups daily, ideally in the morning.
- The chunked pieces can be reused up to 7 times, as the wood is strong and takes time to be fully extracted. Increase brewing time over successive uses, or add a few fresh chunks now and then. Store the used chunks in the fridge between uses.
- This process should be repeated daily for 7 to 21 days consecutively.
- Take breaks between "diets" to allow your body to integrate the benefits.
Reishi can be used in synergy with other adaptogenic mushrooms such as Chaga, Cordyceps, and Lion's Mane, or with other Nordic adaptogenic treasures such as Siberian Ginseng and Rhodiola. It is also very powerful on its own.

Our Source for Reishi Mushroom:
Our Reishi Mushroom is wild harvested in Siberia, in the depth of Winter, at its peak of potency.
It grows in environments completely sheltered from human civilization, where the air and forests are “clean”.
Reishi of this quality is much more potent than Reishi from China, where it is usually artificially grown.
