Harvested from the sacred Altaï mountains In Siberia, at the border of Mongolia, where the air and soil are still pure and untouched.

Shilajit is a rare, mineral-rich resin formed over centuries from decomposed plant matter.

Revered in ancient traditions for its potent rejuvenating properties, this so called “black-gold” exudate is known to energize the body, sharpen the mind, and restore balance. Overflowing with fulvic acid, trace minerals, and antioxidants, it is a true gift from the Earth.

When consumed with awareness and respect, preferably in the morning on an empty belly, Shilajit can bring a heightened Sense of Presence and Grounding. For the most receptive of us, it can also bring some potent activation of our subtle senses, and a deep connection with the power of the Earth.

Extremely easy to use, simply dissolve a small piece in warm water or tea and let the wisdom of the ancient mountains infuse in your being.

Shilajit is a highly concentrated natural resin, and a little goes a long way. Here’s how to use it properly to unlock its full potential:

Recommended Amount:

  • Serving size: 1/16 teaspoon (pea-sized amount, ~400mg) per day.
  • One jar (30g) contains about 75 servings, enough for over two months of daily use.
  • Start small: If you're new to Shilajit, begin with 200-300mg for the first few days to assess how your body reacts before increasing to 400mg.
  • Use it Daily for best results overtime, or whenever you feel the call !

How to Prepare:

  • Dissolve the resin in warm (not boiling) water, tea, milk, or a plant-based alternative. Stir until fully blended. Also works in cold water.
  • Enhance absorption by mixing it with honey or ghee.
  • Best time to take it: Morning on an empty stomach or before a demanding mental/physical task.

Can I take more ?

  • Some advanced users may take up to 800mg-1g per day (split into two doses), but exceeding this is not recommended unless advised by a practitioner.
  • Overuse may cause digestive discomfort, restlessness, or dizziness. Listen to your body and adjust accordingly.

Precautions:

  • Not recommended for pregnant women, children, or individuals with iron overload conditions.
