Black, Dense, Earthy, Sweet and Gentle.

Chaga can be drank at any time of the day, wonderful in the morning for a full day!

Chaga has a rich, earthy flavour with a pleasant hint of natural sweetness. Some people compare its taste to a cross between coffee and tea, which is why it’s often used to replace a traditional caffeine-laced morning brew. Chaga can also be blended into smoothies and juices, sprinkled over foods, or added to dishes such as soups, sauces, energy balls and raw chocolates.

Recipe:

This method ensures a potent and flavorful brew every time <3

Ingredients:

- 2-3 tablespoons of ground Chaga

- 1L of water

- Vegetal milk (we highly recommend to try this out!)

- Extra Synergetic Herbs & Mushroom (for preference, see “synergies”)

Instructions:

  1. Add 2 - 3 tablespoons of ground Chaga to 1L of water.
  2. Allow the mixture to simmer gently for 20-30 minutes, or until the liquid takes on a deep, dark hue.
  3. For a creamier texture, mix in vegetal milk. A 1:1 ratio of milk to water works well.
  4. After simmering, let the Chaga settle at the bottom of the pot or strain it out.
  5. Don't discard the used Chaga! It can be reused up to 10 times. For subsequent uses, simply extend the simmering time. When the liquid no longer darkens, it's time to compost the Chaga and start fresh.

Tip:

For a simple way to incorporate Chaga into your daily routine, always retain a portion of the liquid and Chaga in your pot after serving. Your pot can be placed in the freezer until tomorrow. Refresh with additional ground Chaga every few days and compost only when it's fully expended.

We may offer 2 qualities of ground Chaga :

From Lithuania, Certified Organic Chaga. Harvested in the wild of Lithuanian Forests, it is between 5 and 50 years old.

From Siberia, where it is wild harvested in the depth of Winter, at its peak of potency.

In both cases, it grows in environments completely sheltered from human civilization, where the air and forests are “clean”.

Chaga of this quality is much more potent than Chaga from China, where it is usually artificially grown.
