How to use the elixir?
1. Set your intention.
Choose an intention related to an experience you wish to have in your dreams, or to receive guidance / healing around an aspect of your waking life.
2. Choose your starting dosage:
- You dream “normally”? → 4 drops within the hour before sleep.
- You haven’t remembered your dreams for a long time? → 8 drops.
- You dream intensely or very often? → 2 drops.
3. Upon waking: write, share, or record.
Take a moment to write, record, or speak about your night.
Even if it feels incoherent, note everything you remember.
Then let whatever arises come through: thoughts, intuitions, sensations.
Often, during the night, we integrate deep things and receive intuitions beyond the conscious memory of dreams.
In the morning, the mind is most able to bring them back — as long as you offer it an open and creative space.
4. Adjust your dosage for the next night:
- Very powerful? → halve the dose.
- Not powerful? → double the dose.
- Just right? → continue with the same amount.
Then repeat the protocol.

After a few days
When you feel your dreams are well “activated,” you can take a break.
Come back to the elixir when the gate of dreams feels like it is closing again.
If nothing happens after several days of use, take a break as well.
Sometimes a few days of integration are needed.
Then return with a clearer intention and a simple ritual: intention in the evening, writing/sharing in the morning.

Melipona honey is produced by stingless bees native to Mexico and Central America, traditionally cultivated by the Maya through ancestral meliponiculture. Known as xunán kab — “the royal lady bee” — these bees were deeply respected, and their honey reserved for special uses.
Historically, Melipona honey was used in ritual contexts and in traditional eye practices, where a drop was applied to cleanse the vision and support clarity.
This practice was both practical and symbolic, linking sight, perception, and awareness.
Our Sacred Honey is sourced from a small rural collective in Mexico, working in continuity with these traditional methods and harvesting only small quantities each year.
The honey is naturally more fluid and complex than common honey, shaped by native tropical flora.
