Sacred Lotus, Lotus of the Buddha, Flower of Enlightenment

Originating mainly in India and China, the Lotus flower is considered a highly sacred flower in Eastern religions and traditions. The Sacred Lotus is known as the Flower of the Buddha. According to Hindu mythology, Brahma, the god of creation and knowledge, was born from a Lotus flower that grew from the navel of Vishnu while he was sleeping on water.

Pink Lotus has both calming and euphoric effects, inviting deep bodily relaxation and psychic intuitions. It would be an excellent plant to enhance meditative practises. Pink Lotus is also recognised as a reliable sleep ally.

Stimulating feelings of inspiration and refined presence, the sacred Lotus flower has a purifying quality with a potential to awaken our Souls.

In the ancient practise of yoga, the circulation and regulation of energy currents that flow through the body are compared to the blooming of a Lotus flower at the crown of the head. The lotus flowers will accompany you, wherever you are on your spiritual journey.

Method of Preparation:

- In Tea: Simply drop one beautiful flower in your cup, fill your cup with boiling water, and let it infuse for 5-6 minutes. Re-use the same flower multiple times! At one point, the flower will stop floating and drop to the bottom of your cup, re-forming completely while being immersed in water. It is simply magnificent! Make sure the flower is facing up to enjoy her beauty.
- In Bath: Add the flower to your bath for a divine experience.

Which Variation to Choose ?

We offer 2 variations of the beautiful White Lotus flower:

-> Whole Flowers: Very Easy to Use, the most beautiful and holistic experience of that magical flower.

-> Powder Extract: Super-easy to use, simply drop in water (cold or hot), the effect is a bit more intense than the flower.

-> Paste Extract: Super easy to use, can be simply melt under the tongue or diluted in water. Perfect for “micro-dosing” all day long and feeling the blessing of Blue Lotus anytime!

About our Pink Lotus Paste & Powder Extract

To make the paste, only pure water is used. The plant material is soaked in water, it is then boiled, filtered and boiled again, until all the water evaporates and only a concentrate paste is left over. This process takes many long hours, and condenses most of the active components of the plant.

To make the powder extract, the resin simply goes through a spray-drying machine.
