Use 1 teaspoon of dried Calea Zacatechichi leaves per serving.

Method of Preparation:
- In Tea: Steep the dried leaves in hot water (about 90°C) for 5 to 8 minutes. Strain before drinking. Calea Tea is very bitter, you may use as much sweetener as needed. Lemon & Mint may also help.
- In Smoking Blend: Crush a few dried leaves to make a very thin powder in your hand, and mix with your favorite smoking blend (ratio: about 10-15% of Calea).
- In Tincture: Take a few drops of Calea Zacatechichi tincture in the evening, adding it to a glass of water or juice.

Simple tincture recipe:
- Ingredients: 1 part Calea Zacatechichi (whole leaves or powdered) 2 parts alcohol (30 to 50% strength).
- Instructions:
- Place Calea Zacatechichi in a clean glass jar.
- Pour the alcohol over the powder, ensuring it is completely covered.
- Seal the jar tightly and shake well.
- Store the jar in a cool, dark place for at least 2 weeks, and up to 2 moon cycles, shaking it every few days.
- After 2 weeks (at least), strain the mixture through a fine mesh or cheesecloth into a clean bottle.
- Use a few drops of the tincture in a glass of water or juice as needed.
