Recommended Amount:
Use 1-2 teaspoon of Bobinsana per serving.
Method of Preparation:
- In Decoction (most potent) : Simmer gently for about 10 mins. Strain before use.
- In Tea (softer) : Steep the powder in hot water (about 90°C) for 6 to 8 minutes. Strain before drinking. Re-use at least 2 times, re-infuse for 15 mins for the next time.
- In Tincture: Add a few drops of Bobinsana tincture to a glass of water or juice and drink.
Timing:
- Consume as often as you feel drawn to throughout the day. Infuse yourself with the spirit of the plant, as if you were bathing in its essence.

Extracts:
Resin Extract:
- Use about a chickpea size of resin diluted in hot water.
- Use about a rice grain size of resin directly under your tongue.

To make your own tincture:
- Ingredients: 1 part Bobinsana powder, 2 parts high-proof alcohol (30% to 50% alcohol).
- Instructions:
- Place Bobinsana powder in a clean glass jar.
- Pour the alcohol over the powder, ensuring it is completely covered.
- Seal the jar tightly and shake well.
- Store the jar in a cool, dark place for at least 2 weeks, shaking it every few days. Store it for up to 2 Moon cycles to enhance potency.
- After 2 weeks, strain the mixture through a fine mesh or cheesecloth into a clean bottle.

When Not to Use:
- Pregnancy and Breastfeeding: Avoid using Bobinsana if you are pregnant or planning to become pregnant, as it is traditionally used as a contraceptive.
- Medications: Consult with a healthcare provider before use if you are taking any medications, especially for heart conditions, as Bobinsana may interact with these drugs.
- Allergies: Do not use Bobinsana if you have known allergies to plants in the pea family.

We import Bobinsana directly from the source in Peru. It is harvested on our request so that we offer you the freshest possible plant!

He has dedicated himself with great compassion to the traditional uses of medicinal plants and trees from the Amazon rainforest. His company is now consecrated to the promotion, sustainable management and conservation of the natural resources, investing every year in the re-plantation of the most popular medicinal plants that they harvest.
Of course, our Bobinsana is therefore fully organic, though we do not have certification from the European Union.

Which Variation to Choose ?
We offer 2 variations for the beautiful Bobinsana plant teacher :
-> Leaves & Root mixed Powder: Very Easy to Use in infusion. Very economical as well as you don’t need much.
-> Paste Extract: Super easy to use, can be simply melt under the tongue or diluted in water. Perfect for “micro-dosing” all day long and feeling the blessing of Bobinsana anytime!
About our Bobinsana Paste Extract:
We offer Paste extract x30. This means that 30kg of Bobinsana (leaves and roots mixed) was used to create 1kg of paste extract.
To make this paste, only pure water is used. The plant material is soaked in water, it is then boiled, filtered and boiled again, until all the water evaporates and only a concentrate paste is left over. This process takes many long hours, and condenses most of the active components of the plant.
