Recommended Amount: Use 1 to 2 teaspoons of ashwagandha powder per serving.

Method of Preparation: 
- In Smoothie: Add the ashwagandha powder to your favorite smoothie ingredients and blend until smooth.
- In Food: Mix the powder into yogurt, oatmeal, or other dishes.

As a gentle decoction (best to extract Ashwagandha's properties)

- In Milk/Vegetal Milk or Water: Stir the powder into warm milk or water until fully dissolved, let it simmer for approx. 5mins. For a magical and delicious synergy, add other adaptogens in powder form such as Shatavari, Maca, Mucuna Pruriens, Chaga,. It's not necessary to strain it, let the remaining powder fall at the bottom of your cup if needed.

Additional Tips: 
- Enhance Flavor: Add a teaspoon of honey or a pinch of cinnamon to improve the taste.
- Timing: For best results, consume in the morning of your daily routine.
